Digitalis, the heart medicine, comes from Foxglove, or as the Latin-spouting gardeners say, Digitalis purpurea. But I didn't know the Foxglove flower has, for centuries, symbolized deceit. Makes sense, though.
Deceit + Digitalis purpurea = cheatin' heart.
